My hormone is unbalance; and it shows. Life is unbalance; and I feel it much. Lately things coming in, that dashing with diva’s attitudes and crashes the party, and so much to blame so much to ponder which spoiled the mood.

My mind keeps on screening the same words, in repetitive order. In some sense, my system needs ancient foods that partake by the higher hierarchy in Aztec society - Royalties. Back dated.
Due to craving, I started to type in the Google search box – “chocolate” especially to prolong the thirst. When I was impossible to set my eyes of the screen, I found some unique recipe on making chocolate cookies, and I self thoughts that, baking can lowering my tense. Yes, I’m going to bake cookies. I know that I’m not a pastry chef, but let’s put my skill on a test.

Seri Sentap Chocolate Cookies
Before we go into the process, let me meticulously describe the ingredient:
250 gram of unsalted butter, at temperature room
1 and half cup of self raising flour
1 cup of corn flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of nestum
1 cup of oat
2 cup of chocolate chip
1 large chicken egg (Yolk only)
1 teaspoon pure extract vanilla essence
1 and half tablespoon of cocoa powder
Half tablespoon of Milo (Malaysian chocolate malt drink)
Cashew nut / hazel nut / peanut coarsely grind
Making the dough
1. Preheat the oven and the aluminium baking sheet at 180 Celsius at 20 minutes.
2. Beat the butter and brown sugar until fluffy and light, in a medium bowl.
3. Next, pour the egg yolk, essence vanilla, cocoa powder and milo. Whisk for 2 Minutes.
4. Add the flour mixing (corn flour & self rising flour) in 2 batches, and beat just until blended
5. Mix nestum, oat, and nuts variety with wooden spatula. Mix well
6. Stir in the chocolate chip until the dough is well blended.
Baking
7. Drop the dough by level teaspoon 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet
8. Bake the cookies 1 sheet at a time for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cookies is crispy brown.
